Where can I find an overview of all HiFi applications?
Here is an overview of HiFi applications
What is the most important step when you install SMRTLink on a cluster HPC environment?
The most critical step is ensuring that all compute nodes have access to the $SMRT_ROOT directory via an NFS mount. This shared access is essential for SMRT Link to run…
Technical overview — Kinnex kits for single-cell RNA and full-length RNA and 16S rRNA sequencing
Do my primers need to be 5′ phosphorylated for amplicon sequencing?
No. Your primers do not need to be 5′ phosphorylated for amplicon sequencing.
Should I do PCR or probe-based hybridization for my targeted sequencing project?
Typically, customers with many samples find it cost-effective to design a probe panel. View the Application brief – HiFi target enrichment best practices.
What is the sequence of our internal control?
Contact support@pacb.com and we will provide the FASTA file.
Can I get methylation data from amplified DNA?
No. DNA amplification removes base modifications, so methylation information is lost. To detect methylation accurately, use native DNA, which preserves base modifications for analysis
Where can I find more information on specific applications?
