BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER OR USING THIS PRODUCT, PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. YOUR PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL CONSTITUTE ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD PACBIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

This product is labeled for RESEARCH USE ONLY.
The purchaser may use this product only for preparing nucleic acid libraries for sequencing. The purchaser specifically may not use this product to modify genes or organisms for therapeutic purposes. However, the purchaser may use this Product (a) to research, discover, and develop any product, including therapeutic products, or (b) to determine the sequence of nucleic acids, genes, or genomes that have already been modified by CRISPR-Cas9, e.g. sequencing to determine the results of the CRISPR-Cas9 modification.
The purchaser may not use this product in any veterinary, livestock, or agricultural application other than research.
The purchaser may not re-sell this product or use this product to manufacture another product for sale. For clarity, this restriction does not include performing services for third parties using the product, which is permitted.
The purchaser shall have no right to assign the rights granted herein to third parties.
ERS Genomics Limited is an intended third-party beneficiary under these Terms of Use.
