How do I import a dataset into SMRTLink if automated import fails?

  1. Go to Data Management and click “Import Data”
  2. In the Data Type drop-down select “HiFi Reads or Subreads (XML)”
  3. In the file browser below, navigate to the directory to which the data was transferred
  4. Select the consensus read set XML and begin the import (<movie_context_ID>.hifi_reads.consensusreadset.xml (for Revio systems), or <movie_context_ID>. consensusreadset.xml (for Sequel II systems)
  5. This process may take a few minutes, after it completes the data will be available in SMRT Link
