Genome sequence of the atypical symbiotic Frankia R43 strain, a nitrogen-fixing and hydrogen-producing actinobacterium.

Frankia strain R43 is a nitrogen-fixing and hydrogen-producing symbiotic actinobacterium that was isolated from nodules of Casuarina cunninghamiana but infects only Elaeagnaceae.
