Complete genome sequence of Mycobacterium shigaense.

Mycobacterium shigaense is a slowly growing scotochromogenic species and a member of the Mycobacterium simiae complex group. Here, we report the complete sequence of its genome, comprising a 5.2-Mb chromosome.
