Microbulbifer thermotolerans DAU221 was preliminary isolated from the marine sediment samples in the Republic of Korea. Here, we present the complete genome sequence of M. thermotolerans DAU221, which consisted of 3,938,396 base pairs with a GC content of 56.57%.
