Complete genome sequences of two Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from children with bacteremia.

Two Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from children with bacteremia in Mexico City were sequenced using PacBio RS-II single-molecule real-time (SMRT) technology.
