Complete chromosome sequence of a mycolactone-producing mycobacterium, Mycobacterium pseudoshottsii.

Mycobacterium pseudoshottsii is a fish pathogen that produces mycolactone. Here, we report the complete chromosome sequence of a type strain ofM. pseudoshottsii(JCM 15466).
