This workshop brings together scientists who are using HiFi to reveal chromatin features, uncover genetic and epigenetic diversity, resolve complex genomes at population scale, generate more complete annotations with updated public tools, characterize transcript diversity with exceptional precision, and explore population level variation with confidence.
