Exploring how genomic research translates into clinical care and informs our understanding of the biology of rare disease. Hosted by the Wellcome Genome Campus, UK.
PacBio and California Academy of Sciences team up to highlight research that HiFi reads enable for the Museum and Zoo community. Show us your backroom specimens for a chance to win free sequencing!
The Senckenberg Biodiversity Genomics Symposium is a one-day event co-organised by the LOEWE Center for Translational Biodiversity Genomics at the Senckenberg Research Institute and PacBio. Scientists from Europe and beyond will share their experiences using highly accurate long-read sequencing, known as HiFi sequencing, to generate reference-quality genomes of taxonomically diverse organisms, ranging from plants, lichens, insects, and snails to vertebrates to address key questions.
The SMRT Leiden 2021 – Young Investigator Virtual Conference includes two back-to-back events on 26 and 27 May: the 6th annual SMRT Scientific Symposium and the SMRT Informatics Developers Meeting. This year SMRT Leiden will put the spotlight on young investigators who will share their latest scientific discoveries and novel analytical achievements using PacBio long-read sequencing.
Join us for our quarterly SMRT Science Journal Club, which provides researchers a platform to showcase their publications involving PacBio HiFi data. Attendees can meet with authors after the event.
