SMRT Cells, Sequencing Reagent Kits, and Accessories for the Sequel System

SMRT Cells, DNA Sequencing Reagent Kits, and accessories support automated SMRT Sequencing on the Sequel System.

Sequel SMRT Cell 1M (4 / tray)

100-513-100
Sequel SMRT Cell 1M are nanofabricated consumables patterned with 1,000,000 wells called zero-mode waveguides (ZMWs). The structure of the ZMW is unique, as it enables real-time sequencing observation. They are packaged together in a streamlined 4 SMRT Cell format (4/tray). One SMRT Cell is utilized in each sequencing reaction, and experiments can be run on a single SMRT Cell or in batch mode, giving your projects a greater level of flexibility.
Please refer to the Sequel System manual.

Sequel Sequencing Kit 1.0 (8rxn)

100-620-000
The Sequel Sequencing Kit 1.0 (8rxn) contains a sequencing reagent plate with C4 chemistry and a tube of Oxygen Scavenging (OS) Enzyme for SMRT Sequencing on the Sequel System. Reagent quantities support 8 sequencing reactions to be used with Sequel SMRT Cell 1Ms. Sequel Sequencing Kit 1.0 is only compatible with templates bound to Sequel Polymerase 1.0.
Please refer to the Sequel System operation manual.

Sequel Sequencing 1.0 Bundle (5 pack)

100-711-600
The Sequel Sequencing 1.0 Bundle (5 pack) contains reagent and disposable supplies for 20 reactions of SMRT Sequencing. It contains 5 Sequel Sequencing Kit 1.0, 1 Sequel SMRT Cell Oil pack, and 1 Tube Septa pack
Please refer to the Sequel System operation manual.

Sequel SMRT Cell Oil

100-619-600
Sequel SMRT Cell Oil contains 5 reagent tubes for SMRT Sequencing on the Sequel System (used with the Sequel Sequencing Kit). Reagent quantities support 5 sequencing runs.
Please refer to the Sequel System operation manual.

Sequencing controls

Sequencing Controls are either used as an internal control added your polymerase-bound SMRTbell template or a control used on an individual SMRT Cell.

Sequel DNA Internal Control 1.0

100-619-900
The Sequel DNA Internal Control 1.0 contains a fixed template of 2 kb length bound to Sequel Polymerase 1.0 for use as an internal sequencing control. Reagent quantities provide spike-in controls for a minimum of 24 samples.

Sequel SMRT Cell Control Complex 1.0

100-620-100
The Sequel SMRT Cell Control Complex 1.0 contains Lambda library DNA template sheared to a peak size of 2 kb and bound to Sequel Polymerase 1.0. It acts as a complete Sequel SMRT Cell control.
